Public Offer
1.1. Under this agreement, the Seller commits to transfer to the Buyer ownership of the goods ordered by the Buyer from among those offered for sale on the website https://fliker-art.com, in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement.
1.2. The Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods ordered by them in accordance with this Agreement.

2.1. The purchase of Goods is made on the website https://fliker-art.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") by the Buyer selecting items from those offered for sale on the site and filling out the corresponding form.
2.2. When placing an order, the user provides the following information:

If incorrect contact details are provided, and the Seller cannot reach the Buyer within 7 (seven) days from the date of order placement, the order is considered canceled.
2.4. After placing an order using the form established by the Seller on the Site, the order is sent for processing to the Seller.
2.5. During the processing of the Buyer’s order, the Seller's employees verify the correctness of the order form filled out by the Buyer, assemble the order, and clarify delivery times depending on the individual features of the order.
2.6. If errors and/or inaccuracies are found in the order, the Seller's representative contacts the Buyer via email or phone specified during the order to clarify the details of the order.
2.7. The delivery date is specified by the courier service on the website; however, the Seller reserves the right to change the delivery date depending on the individual features of the order.
2.8. The exact delivery date is communicated to the Buyer upon request through support contact or is announced by the transport company upon the order’s arrival at the transport company's branch.
2.9. If the ordered goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse, including for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller has the right to exclude such goods from the Buyer’s order and notify the Buyer accordingly.
2.10. In case of exclusion of goods from the order, the cost of the excluded goods is refunded to the Buyer by transferring the funds to the account from which the order was paid.
2.2. When placing an order, the user provides the following information:
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- valid contact phone number;
- valid email address;
- delivery address.
2.3. The Buyer is responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. If the Buyer provides false or inaccurate information, the Seller is not liable for any adverse consequences.

3.1. The Buyer shall pay for the order in full at the time of placing it, by making a non-cash payment through the form provided on the Site, which completes the order process.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer pays both the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery.
3.3. The price of each individual item offered for sale is indicated on the Site in the section dedicated to that product. The price is specified in Russian rubles (RUB) and is not subject to change after the Buyer accepts this Offer.
3.4. The cost of delivery to the Buyer is not included in the price of the goods and is calculated additionally at the time of order placement by the Buyer.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer pays both the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery.
3.3. The price of each individual item offered for sale is indicated on the Site in the section dedicated to that product. The price is specified in Russian rubles (RUB) and is not subject to change after the Buyer accepts this Offer.
3.4. The cost of delivery to the Buyer is not included in the price of the goods and is calculated additionally at the time of order placement by the Buyer.
4.1. The delivery of the goods is carried out by a courier service to the address specified by the Buyer or to the pickup points of delivery services such as CDEK.
4.2. Courier delivery is performed by the Seller or by persons engaged by the Seller, and the costs are borne by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in courier services that occur after the goods have been handed over to such services, which may result in an increased delivery time compared to the time communicated to the Customer.
4.6. The shipment of the ordered goods via a transport company will be carried out by the Seller within 1–3 (one to three) business days from the moment the Buyer places the order. However, the exact delivery time depends on the speed of the transport company.
4.7. In case the transport company returns the goods to the Seller due to storage period expiration, the re-shipment of the goods to the Buyer will also be at the Buyer's expense.
4.8. The Seller's obligation to deliver the goods is considered fulfilled upon the actual handover of the goods to the Buyer or upon the transfer of the goods to the transport company by the Seller.
4.2. Courier delivery is performed by the Seller or by persons engaged by the Seller, and the costs are borne by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in courier services that occur after the goods have been handed over to such services, which may result in an increased delivery time compared to the time communicated to the Customer.
4.6. The shipment of the ordered goods via a transport company will be carried out by the Seller within 1–3 (one to three) business days from the moment the Buyer places the order. However, the exact delivery time depends on the speed of the transport company.
4.7. In case the transport company returns the goods to the Seller due to storage period expiration, the re-shipment of the goods to the Buyer will also be at the Buyer's expense.
4.8. The Seller's obligation to deliver the goods is considered fulfilled upon the actual handover of the goods to the Buyer or upon the transfer of the goods to the transport company by the Seller.
5.1. When receiving the goods from the courier or at the pickup point of the courier service, the Buyer shall inspect the goods for quantity, assortment, completeness, and quality upon receipt, and this shall be confirmed by signing the goods receipt note.
5.2. The Buyer has the right not to accept goods that do not comply with the terms of the Agreement or are delivered in damaged packaging.
5.3. The conditions for returning and exchanging goods of proper or improper quality are contained in the Return and Exchange Policy, published at: https://fliker-art.com. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer also agrees to these Conditions.
5.2. The Buyer has the right not to accept goods that do not comply with the terms of the Agreement or are delivered in damaged packaging.
5.3. The conditions for returning and exchanging goods of proper or improper quality are contained in the Return and Exchange Policy, published at: https://fliker-art.com. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer also agrees to these Conditions.
6.1. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are new, functional, and ready for use.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of non-compliance by the Buyer and/or other persons with the rules and conditions of use of the Goods.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for the delivery speed of the Goods to the Buyer from the moment of transfer to the delivery services.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of non-compliance by the Buyer and/or other persons with the rules and conditions of use of the Goods.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for the delivery speed of the Goods to the Buyer from the moment of transfer to the delivery services.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
7.1. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in the event of circumstances beyond their control, which could not have been foreseen or prevented by reasonable means, making the execution of the Agreement impossible and arising after its conclusion. Such circumstances include, for example:
- various natural disasters that are not seasonal phenomena for the given territory;
- economic and sanitary circumstances, blockades, military actions directly affecting the parties to the Agreement;
- adoption of acts by government authorities, local self-government bodies, or international organizations.
8.1. All notices and communications between the Parties must be sent using email addresses.
8.2. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including those concerning its execution, breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved with mandatory prior claim procedures.
8.3. A claim sent electronically shall have legal force if it was sent to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order or to the Seller’s email address specified in this Offer.
8.4. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement.
8.5. The recognition by a court of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
8.6. This Agreement is drawn up on the understanding that the Buyer acquires the Goods for personal use.
8.2. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including those concerning its execution, breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved with mandatory prior claim procedures.
8.3. A claim sent electronically shall have legal force if it was sent to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order or to the Seller’s email address specified in this Offer.
8.4. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement.
8.5. The recognition by a court of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
